Choose your cleanable area and your service frequency. For multiple weekly visits, choose 2–7 days. Review your price and agreement, then secure a card. Payment is collected after each completed visit.

1. Your office

Standard service is for ordinary offices in maintained condition, up to 5,000 cleanable sq. ft., with single-user washrooms and one kitchenette.

Up to two washrooms included. Each additional single-user washroom adds $30 to the base visit before frequency and timing adjustments.

What standard office cleaning includes

Accessible cleared desks and surfaces; reception and meeting areas; vacuuming and hard-floor cleaning; touchpoints; one kitchenette (counters, sink and appliance exteriors); single-user washrooms selected at booking; waste transfer to the property’s designated collection area. Cleaning products and equipment included. Paper products, soap refills, appliance interiors, carpet extraction, full window cleaning, restorative work, multi-stall washrooms and specialized facilities are separately scoped.

2. Frequency, days and time

Choose the service day for your visit.

Weekly uses the area base. Biweekly adds 15%; every four weeks and one-time visits add 25%. Daily and multiple visits per week: 2 visits −5%; 3 −8%; 4 −10%; 5–7 −12% per visit.

Weekend or evening visits add 15%. Weekend evenings receive one adjustment. Overnight and public-holiday visits require separate approval.

Choose a date that matches one of your selected days. Your booking and selected schedule are confirmed once your card is securely saved.

Recurring service days and prices are those shown in your booking summary.

Accessible areas must be cleared, and safe entry, water, electricity and designated waste facilities provided.

Public-holiday and overnight visits require separate approval and pricing.

Notify Just Clean It by 5 p.m. the day before a visit to cancel, skip or change it; later cancellation is subject to the disclosed $79 fee.

Pause and schedule changes require team confirmation.

Report a service concern within 24 hours for the existing no-hassle reclean guarantee.

No service payment is collected at booking.

You authorize Just Clean It to save your card through Stripe and charge the disclosed price after each completed visit.

Scope or rate changes require your approval.

By booking, you confirm that you are authorized to book for this company, accept the scope, selected schedule, displayed prices and service terms including the cancellation policy, and authorize card charges after completed visits.
